WORD OF LIFE INT. CHURCH (OUTLINE OF ACTIVITITES)
2003
The first three
months are for the Church Maturity and Exposure
(Physically,
spiritually and Financially).
1). INDIVIDUAL/MEMBERS DEVELOPMENT:
- I) Entrepreneurship:- Prominent People/Business tycoons/university student will be invited to lecture on how to start something on your own, how to raise capital and where/how to invest.
II). There will be Business Meeting on Mondays 6:30 pm
8:00 pm this comprises of already business people in the Church with flourish business, those who want to enter into business
and those whos businesses are collapsing. There will be talk on how to improve individual business and how business people
can help each other.
- Education: There will be Internal Training on Saturday from 4:00 pm 5:00 pm to prepare people for
Effective leadership. Prominent Lectures/Teachers will be lecturing and teaching. Serious and interested people should
register now. Registration is free. We are taking not more than ten people for a start. (There will be a good writing board
assignment, etc.
2). DEVELOPMENT
OF CHURCH MUSIC DEPARTMENT:
The Church need skillful musicians, Instrumentalist and an
excellent praise and worship team. The church is therefore signing a contract with a music director and instrumentalist to
train the singers and our own Instrumentalist.
3). THE
CHURCHS EXPOSURE MONTHS:-
The months of March and April will be the Churchs exposure
Months. This is the line up of activities.
* 3rd 9th March 2003
- One week intensive internal revival.
* 19th 22nd March 2003 -
Four days outside mega crusade.
* 5th April 2003 - Crown the church exposure with Mega Inter Churches
Musical Concert,
Awards
of
Certificate
of participation to all contestant and trophies
to the first three churches.
4). CHURCH FINANCIAL UPLIFTMENT:
The Church must go to good investment plan in other to understand-take
a recreative venture. The Church Must therefore invest into a bank in order to obtain a ground.
The church must raise funds through the Group wise mini fund raising. By the time of the church
main fund raising every group should be able to Raise ¢ 5,000,000.00. There will therefore be
mini group wise fund raising every two months beginning From March 2003. The breakdown is as follows:-
- March 23rd
- GP 1 fund raising
- May 25th
GP 2 fund raising
- July 27th
GP 3 fund raising
- September 28th GP 4 fund raising
Each Group will
then share the remaining of the ø 5,000,000.00 Million among themselves after their fund
raising. They must finish paying before November. When the church will have its grand fund raising.
5). CHURCH MEMBERSHIP AND WELFARE: -
a. The church is redefining its membership
plan as such;
I.
There is going to be Baptism of New Convert after they have gone through convert classes.
II.
Certificate of Membership will be given to everyone who will affirm his/her membership to the
church.
b. The church now has a well define welfare plan for its members. This is to confirm that the church is interested in the total development of the dividual.
